Aeden Waterford, Inc. is a Human Resource Services provider, specializing in human
resource administration, employee benefits, and payroll services
for moderate-sized companies. Aeden Waterford is a spin-off
company of The Wedge Group, a human resource consulting firm since
1990, and Counting House, which has provided payroll services since 1963.
The ability to attract and retain good employees is a critical issue for moderate-sized
businesses. Competition with larger organizations, rising costs of employee benefits and confusing
regulatory requirements create an HR burden that is frequently overwhelming.
Executing an effective HR function to fully support business objectives, and
